All of our vinegars are produced using the old world Orleans Method. This means that our products are aged and fully developed over time in oak barrels. This rare artisinal technique gives our products their rich and balanced bouquet.
Our original manufacturing facility was located in Angwin California, in the heart of the Napa Valley. This is where we started our tradition of using only the finest wines available from the local world class growing regions of Napa and Sonoma.
Jesse Layman is our Executive Chef, Culinary Creative and Market-ing Guy here at Sparrow Lane. Growing up in the Central Valley around family farms and restaurants has cultivated his passion for food and the deep appreciation he has for our local ingredients.
